*Content Release

Tupperware intends to take photographs and audio/video recordings of employees, owners of Distributorships, sales force members, as well as guests in order to use them for internal and external communications. The recordings may be supplemented by further personal data, such as first and last names, age, profession, place of residence and position in order to introduce the person personally or to honour her for certain services. The recordings, further personal details and statements will be passed on publication, distribution or reproduction on online or/and editorial medias processed by, or on behalf of Tupperware. These include external communication (e.g. newsletters, Tupperware websites, mobile applications, Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and internal communication (e.g. intranet, internal notifications, display at Tupperware events, comparable internal communication).

1.   I hereby grant to Dart Industries Inc., and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their successors, agents, representatives, licensees and assigns (collectively “Tupperware”), the right, royalty-free, to photograph or create audio or audio/video recordings of me, and the irrevocable, perpetual and worldwide right to use, distribute, reproduce, perform, license, display and store my name, age, city, state and country, likeness, image, photograph, video, voice and/or digital images, testimonial or brief quotation (collectively “Content”) and to edit, crop, resize or otherwise modify, or create other works using the Content, for any business or promotional purpose, including but not limited to for use and display on print media, Tupperware websites, third-party hosted media and social media, and on television, radio, films, streaming, mobile applications and any other media now known or hereafter created.

2.   I understand and agree that Tupperware may use, store and publish in its business or promotional materials or website my name, age, city, state and country and any other personal information I have provided in connection with use of the Content, at Tupperware’s discretion, anywhere in the world, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. I waive any right to be credited, any right of integrity and any other moral rights to the extent permitted. I also acknowledge that Tupperware is not obligated to use the Content.

3.   I grant Tupperware any and all rights, title and interest I may have, including all copyright rights and related claims, in any photographs and audio/video Content for the full term of protection including any extensions and renewals. If the applicable laws do not permit the full grant of rights stated above, it is my intention to allow use of the Content and personal information to the fullest extent possible. I will not take any action against Tupperware for making these permitted uses.

4.   This Release is to be binding on me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns and inures to the benefit Tupperware and its successors, legal representatives, licensees and assigns. I enter into this Release of my own accord, and not because I have been required to do so by Tupperware or any other party. I acknowledge that I have received adequate consideration for the grants above, and that Tupperware has no monetary obligation to me in connection with this Release.

Declaration of Consent regarding Processing of Personal Data

I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes mentioned in the content release form, by Dart Industries Inc., and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their successors, agents, representatives, licensees and assigns (collectively “Tupperware”).

Particularly, I consent to my name, age, city, state and country of residence, likeness and image, voice, and testimonial or quotation being processed. My likeness and image may be processed in any kind of picture, including photographs and video, digital or physical.

I consent to my personal data being published in print media, Tupperware websites, third-party hosted media and social media, on television, radio, films, streaming services, mobile applications and any other media now known or hereafter created for the purpose of advertisement of Tupperware’s products and the publication of any content to which I have the rights assigned to Tupperware.

I consent to my personal data being published by Tupperware for the mentioned purposes anywhere in the world, be it in single countries or worldwide.

​

I consent to my personal data being transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area, though understand that these countries may have a lesser standard of protection of personal data.

I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time with effect for the future, and that a withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
